Jacki is Attorney Wing’s legal assistant and a Connecticut Notary Public. She is experienced in the areas of civil litigation, administrative law and criminal defense. Prior to joining the LOJCW, Jacki was a background investigator in the New Britain area and the disability services clerk in the Farmington area. She completed an internship at the Office of Adult Probation at the Connecticut Superior Court, Geographical Area 14, in Hartford, Connecticut, and is trained in the use of CMIS (Connecticut’s Case Management Information System).

Jacki is a certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor and Advocate currently serving as a volunteer for SACS New Britain/Hartford. Her volunteer hours include taking calls on the 24 hour hotline and accompanying survivors to the hospital and to the police department.


Jacki received her Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Central Connecticut State University in 2012. Prior to her bachelors studies, she received an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Tunxis Community College in 2010. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society and received the Academic Discipline Award in Criminal Justice in 2010.
